Available payment methods
At Plug & Play Pool Systems, you can choose from a range of payment methods. The options you see at checkout depend on your country, your chosen currency and, for some payment methods, your bank, device or browser.
Below you will find an overview of our payment options. The options shown at your checkout are the ones that apply to your order.
Paying by card
Our payment set-up supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay. Whether your specific card is accepted is checked at checkout. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment additionally.
In Q4 2026, we also expect to roll out Cartes Bancaires, widely used in France, as a visible payment method. In the meantime, you can use the standard VISA payment method, as Cartes Bancaires is processed through it automatically and in full.
Faster checkout with a digital wallet
- Apple Pay: pay with an eligible card in your Apple Wallet, where this option is available on your device and browser.
- Google Pay: pay with an eligible card linked to your Google account, where this option is available at your checkout.
- Shop Pay: check out faster with your saved details when you use Shop Pay.
Shop Pay can generally be used on any Shopify online shop worldwide. Ideal for regular customers.
Can't see a digital wallet at checkout? Please choose another available payment method. Wallet options are not available on every device or for every customer.
Local payment methods by country
Belgium
Bancontact and the online banking payment methods of KBC and Belfius, where available for your checkout and bank.
Netherlands
iDEAL | Wero, via a participating bank.
Portugal
MB WAY. You pay in euros and use the mobile number linked to your MB WAY account.
Denmark and Finland
MobilePay, where available for your country and chosen currency.
Italy
- MyBank, for payments in euros via most Italian banks. Check your bank here.
- Satispay may also be available; this payment method is currently being rolled out gradually.
France
MyBank, for payments in euros via a participating bank. High availability, check your bank here.
Spain
- Bizum, this payment method is currently being rolled out gradually.
- MyBank, for payments in euros via one of the participating major Spanish banking groups. Moderate availability, check your bank here.
A local payment method does not become available automatically because you choose a particular language. Your country, currency and the terms of the payment method remain decisive.
Paying by bank transfer
If bank transfer is offered at your checkout, you will receive instructions from MultiSafepay on how to make your payment.
Use the account number, amount and payment reference given in those instructions. The payment reference may differ from your order number. Please do not combine several orders in a single transfer.
A bank transfer may be confirmed later than a card or wallet payment. Please bear this in mind if you need your order urgently.
How is my payment processed?
Depending on the method you choose, your payment is processed via Shopify Payments or MultiSafepay. With some methods, you will be redirected to your bank, payment app or a payment page to confirm the payment.
Why can't I see all payment methods?
Not every payment method is available in every country or for every currency. Your bank, card, device, browser or account may also affect the options available. In addition, some new payment methods are being made available in stages.
Please check that you have selected the correct country, then choose one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
