4. Returns

4.1   For online orders: you may return items within 14 days for a refund. Refunds are only valid if items are returned completely unused and in good condition. The products must be completely intact and unused at the time of delivery to the retailer. This is in accordance with the Market Practices and Consumer Protection Act and the Mail Order Sales Act. This means that products that have been tested in a manner other than how these products are tested in the shop will not be taken back.

The return can only be made after receiving approval from the trader. The products must be returned with the required documentation to the address provided by the trader. This may also be the address of a supplier in Europe, which we will communicate if necessary. Before returning the item, you must request a return reference number. This return number must be clearly indicated on the packaging. The shipping costs for the return shipment are at the customer's expense.

 In the exceptional case that the shipped item does not correspond to your order, the merchant reserves the right to replace it with a new item or to refund the paid amounts. In this case, the merchant will bear the shipping costs for the return shipment.

4.3 Online orders are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal. Consumers who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal may not, in principle, use the product. However, they have the right to test and inspect the products they have purchased to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In practice, this means that the consumer may handle and inspect the product as they would in a regular shop.
