The BENIFERRO sand filter set cleans your pool sustainably and effectively by filtering dirt (insects etc.) while water recirculates. Perfect for pools up to 75 m³.

The filter housing is made of strong, durable polyethylene with extra wall thickness, reinforced with blue polyester. This makes the BENIFERRO sand filter – thanks to top-quality materials – one of Europe's most robust filters.

This combo set features a 6-way valve (filter, backwash, rinse, circulate, drain, closed). The 50 mm connections enable flexible coupling with accessories to virtually any system.

In short:
Simple and very robust filter for pools. 1 1/2 inch internal thread connection for filter, and 50mm for the pump.

For pools up to 75 m³, this BENIFERRO sand filter is suitable as a complete set with pump, ideal for residential use.

The BENIFERRO sand filter lasts multiple years with proper maintenance, typically 5 to 15 years. This depends on factors like filter media (e.g. sand lasts 2-3 years, glass 10-15 years), backwash frequency and water quality.

The filter tank itself is robustly designed for minimal maintenance needs, when installed and used according to the manual.

Regular backwashing and pressure checks significantly extend lifespan. Good water chemistry and protection from dirt (e.g. via cover) minimise wear.

We recommend replacing filter media like sand every 4 years and glass beads every 6 years, affecting overall performance and lifespan.
