Pool TWIN COMBO - Compact 12V dosing unit for liquid chlorine / pH control  - DIY kit - pool/spa 1 to 150 m³

The Pool TWIN COMBO is an automatic water treatment device for dosing liquid chlorine and pH neutraliser, of high quality at an incredible price.
Suitable for large pools up to 150 m³.
The "variable dosing" variant is designed for the spa market, which makes a percentage dosing frequency between 1 and 100% adjustable via the handy LCD control panel.

This compact Twin is developed for "do-it-yourselfers" and with its design offers more freedom of movement in narrow pump houses.

For later expansion with other equipment (see below under hardware compatibility) also more suitable than for example our WiFiPOOL UNO, thanks to the Beniferro LCD control panel with various connection possibilities.

For installation in the pump circuit, just behind the pump, we recommend 2 rubber couplings, which are made available in combined purchase. Connect the inlet and outlet of the supplied PVC collector with rubber couplings to your 50 mm circulation pipe (see diagram in the product images).

Below, the technically knowledgeable (techsavvy's) will find the figures that distinguish both systems in their applied dosing methods (proportional or variable working cycle):

• Proportional dosing speed – LCD/Display controlled (without WiFi):
  • pH : 0% > 50% > 100%
  • RX : 0% > 20% > 40% > 60% > 80% > 100% (pool 30 to 150 m³)
    
    
• Variable dosing speed (working cycle) – LCD/Display controlled (without WiFi):
  • Spa/pool up to 2 m³ : 5% of 60 seconds
  • Pool 2 to 5 m³ : 10% of 60 seconds
  • Pool 5 to 10 m³ : 20% of 60 seconds
  • Pool 10 to 20 m³ : 40% of 60 seconds
  • Pool 20 to 30 m³ : 60% of 60 seconds
  • Pool 30 to 40 m³ : 80% of 60 seconds

Both variants also support the pH-master method which allows to make the Redox dosing dependent on pH regulation.

The built-in peristaltic pumps are super safe! They run on 12 instead of 220V, which makes earthing unnecessary.
Therefore, also ensure that the Twin Combo is never directly connected to the earthing of your electricity network.
The supplied transformer you best place in a moisture-free room on the same 220V circuit as your circulation pump, and ideally connected to an earthed 220V plug.

As soon as the water goes through the measure/dose nipple, the equipment measures the pH and Redox (chlorine) and automatically adjusts the pool values. With correct use, you are 100% sure of clean and healthy water.

With each Pool Twin Combo, additionally recommended and offered:

• Level detection (via 2 level switches): these stop the dosing of pH and Chlorine when a vat is empty.

To prevent damage during power failure, we advise you to connect the AC adapter on the same circuit as your circulation pump.

The Pool Twin Combo is equipped with a simple and reliable display controlled control box (without WiFi), with which all settings are managed locally.

Via the LCD screen, you easily set parameters such as language, dosing method, pH+ or pH-, pH and RX setpoints and various alarm messages.

The unit has connections for pH and Redox sondes (BNC connection) and is supplied standard with a measuring and dosing tube (50 mm) including sonde holder.

The built-in peristaltic pumps work on safe 12V voltage and have a standard flow rate of 30 ml/min.

In the duty cycle model (variable 1-100% dosing speed), the flow rate can be precisely regulated from 30 ml/min to 0.3 ml/min via the relevant function, ideal for spas and smaller pools and to avoid overdosing.

Calibration is based on externally measured values. It is not necessary to remove the sondes from the measuring tube.

The user measures the pH and chlorine values themselves and adjusts these manually in the system.

Calibration fluids (such as pH 7 and RX 468) can be used, but are not supplied standard and are optionally available.

The Pool Twin Combo is supplied with a new type of injection nipple for chlorine dosing, which no longer clogs due to lime deposition. As a result, the use of anti-limescale agents is no longer necessary.
