The Pool Duo is an automatic water treatment device with salt electrolysis and pH neutraliser, of high quality and at an unbeatable price. To enable electrolysis, you must add 4 g of salt per litre of water. The salt will be converted into chlorine, which – after disinfection – will be converted back into salt

The Pool Duo has been developed for "DIYers" in the pool. Because it is fully pre-assembled and supplied with two rubber ends, it integrates very easily into your existing circulation. Connect the inlet and outlet with rubber couplings to the 50mm pipe (see diagram in product images)

The menu and calibration, activated by pressing the "calibration" button, are also extremely simple.

There are 5 versions available

• Disinfection with 5 g/h: pools up to 25 m³ *
• Disinfection with 10 g/h: pools up to 50 m³ *
• Disinfection with 15 g/h: pools up to 75 m³ *
• Disinfection with 20 g/h: pools up to 100 m³ *
• Disinfection with 30 g/h: pools up to 150 m³ *

* The definition of m³ for pool usability varies depending on pool usage and installation and lies between 3 and 5 times the disinfection capacity (g/h) of the electrolysis

There are 2 options available

• via our WiFiPOOL controller and corresponding iOS or Android app
• via an easy-to-use LCD screen, Display version

The Pool Duo comes with a "flow switch" that stops product dosing in the absence of water flow. Level detection stops pH neutraliser dosing when the neutralisation tank is empty.

As soon as water passes through the measurement/dosing nipple, the equipment measures pH and Redox (chlorine) and automatically adjusts pool values. With correct use, you are 100% certain of clear and healthy water.

Since our recent upgrade (January 2025), the WiFiPOOL controller works both via cable and WiFi. The basis of this controller is the Gen 2 chipset board, with which you can fully control a pool (see hardware below). The biggest advantage of this innovation is that the automation, whether factory-set or custom-configured, is now also stored in the chip. If the WiFi connection drops, your water treatment simply continues according to the chip parameters.

Optionally, an Ethernet cable connection is available to guarantee connectivity. The biggest advantage, however, is that the first device configuration is much faster and simpler.

Hardware

The basis of this device is the Wifipool Gen 2 circuit board, with which you can fully control a pool. With this board it is always possible to perform the following measurements: pH, RX (chlorine), flow, level (x3), temperature (x3), pressure and conductivity (salt content).

In addition, 4 control devices (frequency converter, peristaltic pumps, salt electrolysis, UV lamp, automatic valve, ...) can be connected. The board has a connection for an internet cable (Ethernet cable), which can be used instead of a wifi signal.

In short: With this device you systematically build a complete domotics system, without extra investment in control equipment.

Software

Connecting and configuring WiFi devices via the WIFIPOOL app is very simple and efficient. The entire automation strategy is automatically installed on the phone at the time of installation.
